our server can’t download wordpress

  • Hello,
    our server with Ip address 104.237.237.2 can’t download wordpress and other plugins so that our wordpress sites can’t be updated
    Please help me fix this issue

  • What is your website url, i can check if they are blacklisted IPs

    Please install https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ and see if it says it can/can’t reach www.ads-software.com and what message it gives.

    according to the terminal logs it is pretty obvious that there is a block on wordpress
    I need www.ads-software.com server or network administrator to unblock our ips

    Even we are not able to access www.ads-software.com using IP blocks
    173.214.176.0/20 and 147.185.114.0.23

    Not even able to install wordpress on site.

    WordPress error

    We see the above mentioned error in Health plugin page

    Communication with www.ads-software.com Unable to reach www.ads-software.com at 66.155.40.250: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to www.ads-software.com port 443: Connection timed out
