Our service section, second top side bar?

Hi,

I found out how to change the pictures in the theme by reading through these questions here, but I could not find how I can get the “second top side bar” like in the demo.

In the demo I can see Pages and underneath is “about” , “shop” and “portfolio. I do get titles when I add pictures (and give them titles) but they are on the pictures themselves and only show when you hoover over the picture. I would like to have it like in the demo.

Where can I change that? Hope someone can help me.
