Our website it not commercial

    We have seen this morning we have been reclassified as a commercial site, even though we do not have any commercial activities. I’ve tried reclassifying it today but unfortunately it has come back again saying it is a commercial site and I am not sure what’s triggering this. Would it be possible to have us reclassified again as a non-commercial site, or explain to us what element of our site is commercial? I can’t seem to find any online support to clarify why this has happened.
