out of memory bug

There is a bug in this plugin that occurs when I try to Turn OFF Pagination.

It always causes a fatal PHP error trying to allocate a small 3mb amount. I can assure you my php.ini and server have 100gigabytes of free memory. I even set php limits to -1 and still the same thing occurs.
