Out of nowhere, everyone is locked out

  • Hi guys, since two days ago, all our users (even admins), out of nowhere, we’re getting locked out, having up to 21 hours to try and log in, again. And the usernames we’re using, are not common ones (no “admin” etc usernames).

    Is there any idea/clue why this could be happening? For now, we have to disable the plugin in order to be able to access our site…

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Are you using any dns provider for your domain like cloudflare or similar ?

    You can go to Loginizer -> Dashboard under the System Information section check the “Your IP Address” line at the right corner you can use a custom method when using CloudFlare or similar dns provider and choose HTTP_X_FORAWRDED_FOR
