Out of nowhere extra top bar – How to remove it?

Hello
I noticed today that my webpage (ilmostromberg.com) has an extra top bar (small grey). Everything was fine last week, so this must have come from some of the auto-updates.
I looked in the customization and top bar option but that didn’t help, it wasn’t checked.
Anybody has an idea where this extra top bar came from and how to remove it?
