Out of Office – Christmas holidays

Hi there,

Thanks for using the Product Feed PRO plugin for WooCommerce!

As it has been a very hectic year in many ways for our support employees we would like them to all enjoy their Christmas holidays to the full. That is why we have decided not to be able to answer support questions between friday 25th of December to monday January 3th.

If you’re having trouble getting things working or have a support question, there are a few support resources/tips we suggest you review before you post:

• Check out our tutorials on how to configure your product feeds;
• Check out the F.A.Q. section on AdTribes.io;
• Search for similar threads on this support forum;
• Check if the problem is not caused by another plugin by disabling the plugins one by one;
• Make sure you are running the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP.
• When you do post, please make sure to be as descriptive as possible, share as much details as possible so that we can best assist you. A topic saying “my feed does not work” is NOT such an example. Please tell us the steps you have taken trying to resolve the issue at hand.

We do read every post that appears here, and we make every effort to give you a response after our holidays. We hope you will respect this.
