    Hi all,

I’m using Facebook for Woocommerce (with all plugins up to date and not conflicting). When we sell out of products, they no longer show on the website because “Hide Out Of Stock Items” is active. Normal behaviour.

However, the product is set to Do not sync to Facebook the moment they become out of stock. This causes Facebook to not be updated with the final status and continue to display the product in the shop and in turn, Ads.

At minimum, I would expect it to allow for one final sync to set active and stock status to no in the Commerce Manager.

I’ve seen a number of other people having this same issue. Is it expected to be resolved at any stage?

  • Hey there, @justinfromamarise! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

A scenario where I have seen this problem occurring is when you have more than 1 catalog connected to the same shop.

Can you confirm this for us?

Also, please confirm your Facebook for WooCommerce version.

To confirm, this happens with all products, correct? Both simple and variable?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
