Out of stock issue

  • Hello
    I have an issue with some items, they are tagged out of stocks but there was 100 items in stock and there has not been any order with these items…
    is it a known issue ?

    Hi @anybodesign

    Can you please provide a direct link to a product that is showing as out of stock on the site as well as a screenshot of the stock that is set for this product on the front end of the site?

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Unfortunately it’s not resolved…I still had a product with 300 items of stock and suddenly dropping to 2… but I think it’s ??one of these bugs?? you have to deal with. Can’t find which plugin cause the issue.

    Hi @anybodesign, you might want to set up a staging site for testing so that you can do conflict testing to narrow down the cause of this issue without affecting your live site.
