• Hi,

    I have been testing POS system and it seems to work fine but I need POS in order to sync stocks in web and local store all the time. So if someone makes a purchase on the web and I don’t realize about it, then I can sell the product on my local store. Can I block overstock sales?

    Can I reprint receipts on pro version? In free version is not possible but I have tested demo page and tt seems to be possible there.

    On cash payments, I have to introuce the ammount of money that clients give me but if I don’t push “return” button, This ammount is still zero and I can process chechout even the ammount of money client gives me is less than the total cart checkout… Is that a bug?

    In pro version (on demo page) how can I serach for an order? Id order seems not working.

    How can I manage refunds?

    In answer to your questions:

    > Can I block overstock sales?
    Not currently. There will be an option to hide out-of-stock items coming in version 0.5. The POS syncs with the server after every sale, if this is not frequent enough you can manually sync by clicking the refresh icon or by using the ‘shift+S’ hotkey.

    > Can I reprint receipts on pro version?
    Yes, if you go to the Orders page you can open past orders. The Orders page is part of the additional features in Pro.

    Yes, common sense is currently required to operate the POS. The UI is improving with each version, but at version 0.4.5 the POS is really suited for developers and early adopters. If you require more guidance you should perhaps check back at a later version.

    The order searches customer name by default. You can search for a specific order using the id prefix, eg: ‘id:19787’. POS search is being constantly improved over time (please see above).

    > How can I manage refunds?
    The POS does not handle refunds at the moment, so you would need to go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Orders and manage refunds as normal.
