Out of stock products leaving holes on shop page

View the system status report and see what ‘product visibility’ taxonomies are listed. Are there duplicates?

It looks like “outofstock” and “rated-3” both have duplicates?

exclude-from-catalog (exclude-from-catalog), exclude-from-search (exclude-from-search), featured (featured), outofstock (outofstock), outofstock (outofstock-2), rated-1 (rated-1), rated-2 (rated-2), rated-3 (rated-3-2), rated-3 (rated-3), rated-4 (rated-4), rated-5 (rated-5)

This will be it. Did you do any restores or anything to make these duplicate? The dupes need removing.

Make this true https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/master/includes/class-wc-post-types.php#L72 and then you can edit them like other terms.

I’m having this issue as well and made the modification to the PHP as in the above posted, where would I edit these terms to eliminate my duplicates? For me I have duplicates for outofstock and rated-2 after the update.

Still need assistance with the aforementioned issue.

Same problem, none of this works for me either.
