Out of Stock Products Still in Feed

I’ve set a rule on my feed that is supposed to hide out of stock products but for some reason not matter how I tweak this rule, they continue to show. I’ve tried setting it to >= 1 and =0, as well as = out of stock, but have had no luck getting the products to be hidden. Can you give me an idea what might be missing?

Currently, my rule looks like this:

Type: Rule
If: Availability
Condition: Equal to
Value: out of stock
Then: excluded from all

Type: Filter:
If: quantity
cond: is less than
value: 1
then: exclude
