Out of stock products still on the fedd

    Hi,

    There seems to be a problem with out of stock products. I checked the option to remove out of stock products from the feed, but after regenerating the feed, out of stock products are still in the feed. I have cleared cache, regenerate, but same thing. Is there a fix for this? Are any other setting that I need to do? I have too many out of stock products, so i don’t want them in the feed.

    Thanks for reaching us.

    The free version of our plugin automatically removes out-of-stock products from the feed. So, if you are still getting the Out of stock items still on the feed, then it must be any sort of caching that is caching the feed file. If you are using any caching plugin, please, follow this documentation on How to Fix Auto Feed Update, not Working Issue? If you are using any of the mentioned plugins. Also, make sure there is no server-side caching tool that may have been causing the caching issue.

    For more, please, reach us again along with the feed and a few product ID that you belive are Out of stock but still on the feed.
