    Hi Team,

I have checked the Out of stock visibility to Hide out of stock items from the catalog to avoid confusion for the customers.

However, I have noticed that on shop page or search result page still counts those products and shows the info showing all X items while page show blank (no products)

Please refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Q34sA4bIXQxa

I am not sure if this is a theme related issue or WooCommerce.

Can’t that be respected on the shop/search result page?

    Thanks!

    Hi @d88pak

Does this have any variable products? If so, are any variants still in stock? Because if they do, they will appear as “in stock” in the catalog or search.

Additionally, to confirm if this is a theme-related issue, you can temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-four or Storefront and see if the problem persists. If it does, there may be a problem with your WooCommerce settings or possibly a conflict with another plugin.

If, after switching themes, the issue is resolved, then the problem likely lies with your original theme. In this case, I recommend reaching out to the theme’s developer for further assistance.

Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

Next, please clear your browser cache and then check again.

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

    Hi @shameemreza,

Thanks for the info. I followed the instructions but I am getting the same result. I am asking the theme developer. Will update once I get the reply from them.

    Hi @d88pak,

Contacting the theme developer is indeed a good step. They might be able to provide specific insights related to the theme that’s causing the issue.

Once you receive their feedback, please update us so we can assist you further if necessary.

    We’re happy to help.
