• Hi – hoping someone can help. I want the items/variations that are out of stock to be shown in the dropdowns (which they are), but they are currently greyed out and not clickable. I really need them to remain clickable even if out of stock so that customers can still build a package and see the photos, and total cost etc, but can’t see an option. I only have the optino to show or hide ‘out of stock’. It’s fine for the add to cart to remain disabled due to the products being out of stock, but it feels as though all the elements should remain selectable. Hoping there’s a line to add to functions to disable the ‘disable’!!

    Thanks in advance!

I managed to get the ddslick elements clickable via CSS which is now updating the price etc, but not updating the images unfortunately. The images only seem to change when the variations are in stock.

    Hi @stowbee ,

For your information, our plugin doesn’t support this feature. When out of stock items are in the component product list, they are unpurchasable so the image changing won’t consider them as part of the selection.

The featured image can be changed to the latest selectable item clicked only. Even though you can make out-of-stock items clickable, they are still considered unpurchasable and that component is unselected by our plugin. That’s why the featured image does not change. The image changes for the component, not the item inside.

    Best regards.

Ok thanks for the prompt response – I understand.

Still think it would be a nice feature rather than assuming that because it’s out of stock, it can’t be selected. So there’s no simple way of the plugin to make all the items ‘selectable’ regardless of stock level?

    Thanks a lot.
