Out of the box mobile display to small

On the provided link I’ve added text in the existing blocks (with titles ‘monitoring’, ‘inzicht’ and ‘self service bi’) but it’s really small on mobile phone.
The first 3 blocks are ok but there 3 don’t look nice on my IPhone.
Can somebody assist me on how to fix this? Is this a setting that I can manage or is it an CSS thing?

From what I see, there is still padding on the Row Layout.
