Outbound link tracking

Hi,

I have searched for the answer to this, but have not come up with much. I would like to be able to track how many hits I am sending a particular website from my site. How do I track and see this correctly?

I have enabled outbound tracking in the plugin and I have taken a look at events in analytics, but I can’t really make sense of what I’m looking at.

This is probably a silly question, but I’d be very grateful for any help.
