Outbound Tracking Now Working

Installed Yoast Google Analytics. All the analytics seem to be working properly except for the outbound links being tracked as events in google analytics. I have a “Register Now” button in the main nav of our website. When clicked, the url that it goes to is: https://profile.ons.org/?destination=sso/congress . Everything else seems to work except for tracking that outbound link. Was hoping someone could shed some light on this. Using WordPress 4.1 with Yoast Google Analytics plugin version 5.3.
