    Just wondering if anyone knows what it means when in “outcomes” it shows the send event was triggered and an email sent, but under customer heading, it does not show an email address? The majority do show an email address for the customer but I have a couple or so that don’t.

    Hi @stardaug

    Few possible reasons, why there are no customers in Customer column:

    1. Customer was deleted
    2. It’s an old event. In ShopMagic 2.13 we have rewritten some events.
    3. It’s a bug ??
