    Hi there,

I’m using WPForms Lite and trying to create my first form, but the page styling is missing and I’m getting this message:

“`You are using an outdated browser!
The Internet Explorer browser no more supported.
Our form builder is optimized for modern browsers.
Please install Microsoft Edge or learn
    how to browse happy.`”

I’ve tried on Chrome and Firefox on Mac, both browsers are the latest version. WordPress, theme and all plugins are up to date.

Has anyone see this that can point me in the right direction to resolve?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi @rinkeh,

Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.

When you get the chance, can you please provide the URL of the page where we can see the form so that we can have a look and check it?

    Thank you.

Thanks for the response. I actually don’t have the form on a page yet. I can’t even get to create a form because the styling of the form editor seems to get stripped.

is there anyway to attach a screenshot here?

    Hello @rinkeh,

Is there any chance that you have a caching plugin installed and activated on your site?

If so, please try to check the CSS and script minification of the plugin then try to temporarily disable the option and see if it fixes the issue.

Also, you can upload the screenshots here and post the links in your reply.

    Thank you.

    Hi @rinkeh,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
