Outdated Components Post WordPress Upgrade

Recently, our client conducted a Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) on the site. Based on the results, we received feedback regarding the outdated version of the WordPress core. We upgraded from version 6.4.3 to the latest version, but we discovered that even after the upgrade, the regenerator-runtime.min.js (v0.14.0) and plupload.js (v2.1.9) files are still outdated.

I believe both of these files are part of the WordPress core. Could you please advise on how to proceed with updating these components?
