Outdated jQuery Version Conflicts

Plugin works fine, but the old version of jQuery is uses conflicts with other popular plugins. Should be using whatever WP does, but this one is even behind an update or two on that. Can’t use it. Just FYI – The plugin I had found conflicting with it was WPeMatico.
