Outdated theme-no support, Beware

I purchased this theme in November of 2023 and when I installed it I received a message that it was outdated for WooCommerce. I contacted the developer via the contact information provided. It took about 3 separate messages before someone reached returned the email. I explained what the problem was again and sent the information requested assistance. I sent the requested information and I still have not received a resolution.

I have contacted MisBap on the following dates to show how much they care about customer service: 11/25/23, 11/26/2023, 11/28/2023, 11/29/2023, 12/1/2023, and lastly 2/3/2024. The reason for the gap- my brother passed away in December and this website was the last thing on my mind.
