    Hi:
Can you clarify who we’re supposed to choose for the “outgoing mail server”? You indicate gmail, but what if there’s no gmail account involved? I don’t understand where the outgoing mail server comes from. I am trying to set up a contact form on a website and it says I have to set up SMTP first, so I was going to try your plugin, but I don’t see any instructions on selecting the outgoing mail server.

    Help appreciated – thanks!

Or can you use the server that you’re hosted on?

Hi, The plugin was not made for a particular SMTP service. Those are just examples.

Whoever is offering this service. You use the plugin to connect to their server.

Do you mean services like Brevo, etc? Brevo is just one of them? Thanks for replying.

You should contact your hosting provider first. There must be a reason why the contact form showing this error (maybe it was unable to send email messages from your server). You can look into setting up SMTP if your hosting provider recommends it.
