Outgoing Texts Not Working?

So, it looks like mine works sometimes and messing with the settings doesn’t help. The first round of tests worked and now when I text back (including the code in the front) the messages don’t show up on the chat screen for the customer or for the agent. Make sense?
It seems as though my replies are being blocked somehow but I’m not sure why it worked at first and now it’s not.
