    This is the error I receive when trying to send a test email:

    5.7.60 SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send as this sender

    All of the connection goes good, but then fails when trying to send an actual email. I also looked at the video showing how you added the API connection. I did not see this option for Outlook.

    Any suggestions?

    The video is for Gmail’s OAuth2 setup. Outlook’s is even easier than Google’s, you can follow my instructions in the FAQ under How do I get a Microsoft Client ID?.

    I think this means the From address in the email does not match the email address you login to the server with – try ticking the box to prevent the address from being changed in Postman’s Message Settings.
