Outlook for Mac Subscribe to Calender

Outlook subscribe option does not work with Microsoft Outlook for Mac versions , I’d like to be able to have calendar in Outlook on my Mac but it just bring up iCal subscription when trying the Outlook option on Mac.. any way to fix this?
