Outlook & MS Word Paragrah Tags

    My Emails are created in Outlook or Word (then copied to Outlook). Everything comes across great except all carriage returns used in the email are converted to new paragraph tags creating un-needed spaces throughout the documents. Tried all settings in the plugin but same results. How can I fix this?
