    Hi again

I’ve come back to this plugin again because of your Black Friday deal that arrived in my inbox. So I set up a test system and checked to see if the Outlook rendering is now sorted out, but sadly it isn’t.

I’ll put a screenshot of your own welcome email here, as displayed in my inbox:

It’s obvious that the header image and the social media icons are not sizing as you intend. The same happens when I test it here,

This article has some details on fixing various Outlook rendering issues.

Outlook Email Rendering Issues and How to Solve Them – Litmus

There are plenty of minor issues, but the major one is images, which are displaying at full size. You will find in there that it’s necessary for images to have width or width and height values that are not in CSS.

I’ve had two previous threads about this, but am posting a new on to keep it current.

    Regards
    Rob

    Hi @robaxxx,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Previously, we have fixed this issue and we didn’t experience the same issue after the fixes.

As you are experiencing the same issue again and most of the templates are premium feature. I suggest you to contact with our support and share the broken email by forwarding them.

    Thanks
