You could add your custom shortcode to your PMPro checkout page (this is the page with the [pmpro_checkout] shortcode). If you would prefer, you should also be able to build your own custom PMPro checkout page template, please see our documentation here: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/templates/
