Output global variation image on product page

This is a bit of a longshot to ask this, but is there an easy way to output the image of a global variation on the single product page? Maybe with a custom meta key or something?

Not in the area where the customer selects the swatch to add to cart. But just on the page somewhere.

In particular, I’d like to show a manufacturer badge on the page.

So the global attribute is manufacturer, and each product has 1 term assigned to it.

I see the image path is output when you export the products to a csv file, under the Swatches Attributes column.
