Output results based on selection?

I’m considering using this plugin to replace a Program Selector form I have today. Can this plugin display specific results to the user based on the selections they made? We want to be able to recommend certain programs based on age and skill selection.

We want to be able to define the rules such as if they select option C for Question 1 and Option A for Question 2 then display specific text and links.
