I am trying to change the output template page from ‘search’, but it′s just not working. I went to my theme editor and looked at the templates I have and how to write them, for example: template-offarchivegrid (is for Offer Archive Grid Deprecated Page Template), or template-meta-data-filter (is for Template MetaData Filter Page Template), or archive (archive.php) or bcg/posts (is posts). Nothing works. It says it doesn’t need to put the “.php” part, so I didn’t, and even when I did it didn’t work. The only way it works is if I put search back in there.

  • Hello

It depends on the current theme. So these templates are incompatible with the plugin.

Try to use shortcode [mdf_custom] – https://wp-filter.com/features/shortcode-mdf_custom/ with mdf_templates OR create custom template

But it′s a Rehub Child Theme. The Rehub Theme comes with plugins we could install, and this is one of them. I just checked here, and I have it installed and everything, but when I go to Rehub Plugin, it′s like it′s not even installed. So I install it, and when I try to activate it, it doesn′t work. Also, at WP installed plugins, I see now two MDTF installed, only one is activated and the other one isn′t. Does it not recognize one of them anymore?

    Hello

Then contact the support of Rehub Child Theme. Compatibility with this theme is not the task of this support
