Output shortcode with Custom Fields Control

Hi all, is it possible to output a shortcode on page with just entering id?
Eg : I am using a form plugin (called as FSQM) and i only would like to output specific form of this plugin into a Custom Post.
So, FSQM has a shortcode to display Forms in a post like that: ‘[ipt_fsqm_form id=”15″]’ and i would like to assign each custom post to one of FSQM Form by just entering id value.
Finally, is there any way to just use numeric input for id and let custom post display this Form (without using standard Editor and Shortcode entering?
