"Output the label of the value" of select/checkboxes in the repeater don't work

I have a select of custom post teachers and checkbox of days (e.g. Monday, Tuesday) in my repeater schedule.
The problem is, instead of outputting the label as I selected (so that I just have to output the human-friendly data), what I get is the value, specifically id in my teacher select. The latter is the bad case, I’d have to query I.D. again for each my repeater item just to get the name/title.
