Output Variable Product SKU?

  • Is there anyway to pull the selected variable product’s SKU and output it to the page? I am currently doing this with “simple” products using “$product->sku” but am unable to find the equivalent for variable products.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
