    We are using the free version of the plugin.

    IP2Location BIN Database Information: IP2LOCATION-LITE-DB1.BIN

    The website owner is currently traveling outside of the US, I believe he is in Mexico and is asking why the site is not blocked.

    Frontend blocking:
    Block all countries except countries listed below. United States is the only country in the list
    Bypass blocking for logged in user is checked

    What else may be allowing him to get to the website?

    He is traveling and checking from him phone as well as a desktop.

    The website is only accessible from US IP address.

    He need to use his bypass code to login.
