Outside the content division

Hi, I was wondering how can I manage the code in order to put the slider outside the entry-content area. I’m using twentyeleven, so the margins of the content area are too big, but I have already made the website based on this areas. I just need the slider to fit outside this divisions (just inside the primary <div> would be great.
