I cannot say enough positive things about this plug-in to do it service.

A bit like a gui word processor, you can install this and use it right away to see benefits, and that would be for any novice user that may only ever experience the top 10% of the features.

If you want to dig a little deeper, as I needed to since this was my introduction to caching performance, this is also a fantastic tool.

I have a simple blog, that nobody reads, i literally use it as a resume for myself, but have been bitten by the performance bug and am trying to get my home page to peak load in under 100ms using SSL from across the world (i can get it down to about 110 now).

I am not promising anyone they can get this type of gain, but for me, I was loading in 6-12 seconds and I really read about this plug-ins features, chose a different theme, optimized my content (i even moved hosts to get one that supported a free ssl cert).

I can honestly say that using this plug in pushed my performance more than 10x with nominal setup, and the combined changes I have made are pushing 10,000% improvement.

Again, you cannot install any plug-in that i can even imagine and get that kind of boost out of the box, or maybe ever if your content is already tight. But, if you install this plug-in, you will see improvements out of the box and there is room for you to do so much more with the configuration options it is amazing.

I am on a mission to see what I can do with performance using a standard hosting package, and free ssl, free plug-in support, free cloudflare caching, etc. and see how far i can move this needle. But, if you are not interested in the deep dive right now, I highly recommend using the top 10% and learn about this stuff when you can like I did over time. It has been rewarding.
