Outstanding customer service and products

I downloaded the free “Email Subscribers & Newsletters” plugin from Icegram via the WordPress automated installation feature. I activated it, configured it, and the plugin started working immediately as advertised. BUT, a blue bar — like a fat hyphen — start showing up on my blog’s main page. So I emailed Icegram’s technical support. They contacted me the same day with instructions on how to fix the problem — for a free product. Their fix instructions worked perfectly. The fix had nothing to do with their product. In fact, it was another plugin that was causing me problems. Now that’s customer service and what makes for a successful company.
