Outstanding Customer Service

I downloaded and installed the free app. I had trouble getting it set up on my site. I asked the man who runs my web hosting service to help. He couldn’t solve the problem. So I asked Yumna, the author of the plugin to help. Yumna spent several hours with access to my site and solved all the issues. I’m so impressed that I will soon spring for the paid edition. Costumer service above and beyond. That’s what you can expect from this plugin. Oh, and let me say, once setup correctly, it works wonderfully. And, it is the only plugin that gives you a true listserv on WordPress.
