• When individuals or companies promise to support their plugin or service, sometimes we (the consumer) can become indifferent to what that actually means. After purchasing this plugin, I encountered multiple issues that stem from my inability to understand what I was doing, why I was doing it, and more importantly, I didn’t understand the sectional questions or the corresponding reading material. Then there was the speed issue that rendered my website to a snail pace whenever I activated the plugin.

    While English is my first language, I was still confused and a more than little terrified I would get things wrong (or, make things worse), so I reached out to Really Simple and asked for their help.

    What I received was the antidote to my worries and fears. Jarno took on my ticket, and with his patience and kindness, configured the plugin to suit my website environment, and he did it with a level of professionalism that did not demean my intelligence or fears. He also found the speed issue within his plugin and fixed that, and then reminded me to reach out to him again should I need further assistance.

    It’s that type of high-level customer support that makes paying for PRO versions of plugins worth it. I doubt I could have spent my $49 better.
