    I am ridiculously paranoid about backups. UpdraftPlus is very easy to use — but, it also matches my ridiculous paranoia with a ridiculous feature set. My fave features are the complex retention rules and the myriad number of remote storage options.

    I also recently needed some support; the lead developer responded promptly and thoroughly.

    I have been the using the free version for several months. When I added a third site, I decided it was time to “put a ring on it.” More of a thank-you, than the absolute need for the premium features.

    Then I started using some of the premium features… New features are released very frequently, too.

    I highly recommend UpdraftPlus.
