Outstanding Functionality and Support

This plugin is powerful. The product support is among the best I have ever received from any company.

I installed over 20 appointment scheduling plugins within the last day, trying to find a good fit. Not one of them fully functioned as expected, or looked sloppy. Then I installed Booking Ultra Pro. The front-end is elegant and simple, and it’s the only plugin I tried in which everything works OOTB on the back-end. You get more functionality with Booking Ultra Pro than anything else, even some other paid plugins.

I had a configuration issue that I was unable to resolve (I’m far from a dev, have little WP experience). I reached out to support, and was helped immediately. Franco went above and beyond to help make sure that I was satisfied with the plugin. He fixed *everything* for me, within 20 minutes.
