• The plugin works OK apart from one issue that means customers see some custom meta generated by this plugin in their order emails and invoices. It makes no sense to them.

    I reported this 8 months ago and the team marked the issue as resolved. They are doing the same with other threads bringing up the same issue. This is absolutely frustrating. Their support always gives vague promises to fix the issue but has yet to do so.

    So this 2 star rating is for 2 reasons:
    1/ Marking support threads as resolved when the issue remains
    2/ Promising to fix an issue and not doing so in 8 months.

    About your issue, it’s already public and we said we are working on this and surely it will be done as it’s aligned in the next update,

    As previously we said but due to some other updates aligned we were not able to do so but your request is not closed at our end, our development team is already working & we assure you, you will get fixed in the next update

    It will not affect any feature & you will get best results soon,
