Outstanding plugin and support

Challenged with implementing a very deep taxonomy in a single question to be duplicated as second and third survey choices, I encountered some severe limitations in the logic add-on. The folks at QSM listened to my concerns until they understood them, assigned developers and promptly rectified the shortfalls. This places this development group well ahead of its competitors who could not effectively respond to questions much less take action to rectify problems. OSM has fielded a quality team that clearly makes them a true leader in this important and emergent space. Their commitment to constant product improvement is commendable and their product is clearly leading the way. Bravo!
