Outstanding Product and Support

Honestly, I was hesitant to install a plug-in with such harsh reviews. However, I noticed much of them were older and the most recent reviews were mostly 5 stars.

I installed the free version as a proof-of-concept and quickly realized that the pro version was we needed.

We have a store with about 100 products, but each of those products have 10-20 images. We encountered a minor bug in fairly short order. In less than 12 hours, customer support was able to identify it as a conflict with another plugin. But more impressively, they had a patch in place within 24 hours on an issue that they could have just bailed on.

The neat and clean image gallery for our products looks and behaves wonderfully. And having the confidence that they will resolve any issues is huge! Great job.
