Outstanding Product w/Fantastic Support

  • Quality of Support should have separate stars, then both the plugin and Support team would get 5-star ratings! The plugin delivers out of the box with default settings. Not a fluke (tested on 5 sites and 2 major hosting platforms’ VPS configurations and one host has its own optimizer and security package).

    Small issue on the last domain tested, and the NitroPack support was superb – got the exact answer on the first response (the problem was on my end – wasn’t being aggressive enough).

    End result – I have a new go-to solution for image optimization, lazy loading, script and CSS minification, CDN, and cacheing that’s AIO, easy installation, and independent of the hosting platform.

    ADDED 5/19/2020 – Had to ask for help again, they were right there and we got it set up perfectly for my client. Great customer service team.

    Your Support Team to my rescue, AGAIN! Great support, great product… just getting better, and it’s definitely my go-to cache plugin.
