Outstanding service

  • I downloaded WP Spam Shield and it wouldn’t install/activate. Having read some reviews I knew this company takes service seriously, and that’s one strong reason why I went with this product.
    When I asked support for help, Scott diagnosed the problem very quickly – it was caused by my host running PHP 5.32.17. Once the PHP was upgraded WP Spam Shield installed correctly.
    So even though it was not WP Spam Shield causing the issue, the service and assistance was first class.
    If all suppliers had such a helpful approach.
