Outstanding Support

Nitin immediately answered my support email, which clearly revealed my frustration over what ended up being an easy fix for him. As someone who is not a programmer/developer/computer wizard, I’m used to support emails taking days to be answered, but he answered my email and had my issue resolved within an hour. Nitin gets 5 stars just for his responsiveness.
